The students of Institut Paul Bocuse Shanghai restaurant-école are proud to present you their newest menu. A range of unique seasonal products have been chosen to construct a menu full of surprises and excitement. Delight yourself with some of the most iconic French Classics like Foie Gras Terrine or Blue Lobster, prepared with a young twist from our apprentice Chefs.
Every Saturday and Sunday, the Shanghai restaurant-école pays tribute to authentic French comfort food with through its Family Brunch. For only 320¥ enjoy a rich array of 4 starters, 5 mains, 5 sides and our indulgent dessert trolley: the whole meal served in a sharing and casual environment. Kids are also welcomed! For 220¥ our young guests get to enjoy the same treats plus a pastry class with our professional chefs!
Students Vs. Chefs
After six months of tough training and learning at Le Restaurant-Ecole, our class of French apprentice Chef will be heading off to new adventures.
Pablo, Barbora, Xiang Han, Vincent, Celia and Anais will be finishing their internship in our school this coming Sunday.
What a best way to check if they’ve learned their stuff than challenging them to a Chef vs. Student cook-off Competition!!!
This Saturday enjoy an 8 course menu half prepared by our future graduates, half prepared by their teachers. Taste the wonderful food with some great products such as scallops, scampi, Foie Gras, Beef Tenderloin and much more, while actively contributing to our training vocation.
