Every Saturday and Sunday, the Shanghai restaurant-école pays tribute to authentic French comfort food with through its Family Brunch. For only 320¥ enjoy a rich array of 4 starters, 5 mains, 5 sides and our indulgent dessert trolley: the whole meal served in a sharing and casual environment. Kids are also welcomed! For 220¥ our young guests get to enjoy the same treats plus a pastry class with our professional chefs!

For this Saturday July 12th, our team of Chefs and Students has partnered up with French Chocolate expert Valrhona to deliver a unique culinary experience.
Valrhona is one of France’s most renowned Chocolatiers and is known for manufacturing some of the best chocolates out there.
Inspired by the Valrhona products, the Chefs and Students of the Institut Paul Bocuse in Shanghai was conceived an 8-course savory and sweet tasting menu.
Over each course, you will discover one of Valrhona’s unique products elevated a recipe created by our Chefs and students.
