Every Saturday and Sunday, the Shanghai restaurant-école pays tribute to authentic French comfort food with through its Family Brunch. For only 320¥ enjoy a rich array of 4 starters, 5 mains, 5 sides and our indulgent dessert trolley: the whole meal served in a sharing and casual environment. Kids are also welcomed! For 220¥ our young guests get to enjoy the same treats plus a pastry class with our professional chefs!
Valentine's day Theme Dinner
Le Restaurant-Ecole Institut Paul Bocuse Shanghai is happy to invite you to its Valentine's day Theme Dinner.
For this Saturday July 2nd, our team of Chefs and Students has worked on the lovely menu to deliver a unique culinary experience for only 320 RMB.
The 6 course tasting menu will start with Foie Gras and Cherry Condiment.
It continues with Japanese Scallops, served with Citrus.
Next in line is the Golden Trout with a Jasmin infusion.
And to finish you will enjoy a pairing of Pigeon and Valrhona Chocolate.
Opening the sweets will be a tribute to the famous Walt Disney cartoon La belle et le Clochard followed by a fusion between Ginger and Chocolate.
